Bergens Tidende MediaMix

For the newspaper Bergens Tidende, we created a custom CMS that presents images, sound and video in an visual interface. Journalists use this tool to present multimedia content on BT.no along with their own CMS system.


BT MediaMix streams video from a streaming server, has a full CMS backend and Flash frontend which supports multiple images, video files, panorama images, sound slides and articles.

  • Define projects with multiple categories
  • Image scaling on the fly
  • Handling of large numbers of files
  • Applet for quick uploading
  • Descriptions
  • Linking to related content
